CNC Turner / CNC Miller - Aerospace Manufacturing | Contract Until July 2027
£18.72 - £22.37 per hour + Overtime Available
Wild Recruitment is recruiting experienced CNC Machinists for a leading aerospace manufacturer.
We're looking for skilled CNC Turners and CNC Millers with Fanuc experience to join a busy production team manufacturing high-precision aerospace components.
This is a long-term contract opportunity running until July 2027, offering excellent rates, modern facilities and the chance to work on complex precision-engineered parts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting and operating CNC Lathes or Mills with Fanuc controls
- Editing programs at the machine
- Producing complex precision components to tight tolerances
- Reading engineering drawings and process specifications
- Using micrometers, verniers and other inspection equipment
- Completing quality and production documentation
- Working to AS9100 and aerospace quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC Turning or CNC Milling experience
- Fanuc control experience preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- Programming, setting and operating experience advantageous
- Backgrounds in aerospace, defence, motorsport, oil & gas or precision engineering considered
