HP4 Recruitment is recruiting HSE Advisors for a large-scale data centre construction project in Finland. You’ll support the project HSE team to keep a busy, multi-contractor site safe and compliant from groundworks through to commissioning.
The role

Carry out daily site inspections, audits and safety walks

Review RAMS and permits, and monitor high-risk activities (lifting, working at height, electrical)

Run inductions and toolbox talks

Investigate incidents and report findings

Support compliance with Finnish occupational safety requirements and the project HSE plan

Coach subcontractor supervisors and promote a positive safety culture
What we’re looking for

Previous HSE Advisor experience on large construction projects; data centre or mission-critical experience is preferred

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

Experience working with international contractors and mixed-language workforces

Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a bonus

Finnish site requirements: a Työturvallisuuskortti (Occupational Safety Card) and a Finnish tax number shown on your site ID card. We can help with both
