Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our Head Office team in Wythenshawe.

As a White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on recruiting professional and technical talent within the construction sector while developing strong relationships with contractors and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
Building and developing client relationships
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
Negotiating offers and delivering an excellent customer experience
Achieving individual and team targets
To succeed as a White Collar Labour Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will have:
Consultants or Senior Consultants looking to take the next step in their career
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within construction or a professional recruitment sector
A proven track record of building client relationships and generating revenue
Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills
A driven, target-focused approach and desire to progress your career
