Our well-established client, based in St John’s Wood, is seeking a proactive and client-focused Lettings Lister to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

As a Lettings Lister, you will play a key role in growing the property portfolio by securing new instructions, conducting market appraisals and valuations, and effectively marketing rental properties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a letting’s environment, a strong customer-focused approach, and the drive and ambition to succeed. You will be self-motivated, commercially minded, and confident in building relationships with landlords to maximise new business opportunities.
Job description:

Primary contact for landlords, building excellent relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance

Maximise stock levels and drive revenue

Hit weekly Targets

Generate new instructions through networking and nurturing landlord relationships

Conduct market appraisals to advise landlords or rental properties for marketing

Pricing and market research

Collect details about the property (size, location, price, features, amenities)

Verify ownership documents and legal information

Create Listings with Clear attractive property descriptions

Keep all listings up to date and ensure accuracy of all information

Negotiate Tenancy terms
