Holt Engineering is recruiting for a Factory Labourer to join a well-established and growing automotive operation in Poole.
This is a great opportunity for a mechanically minded, hands-on individual who enjoys working with tools and assembling mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities for the Factory Labourer:
Assemble and fit mechanical and automotive components
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow technical instructions and assembly processes
Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
Work efficiently to meet production targets
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all health and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For in the Factory Labourer:
Previous mechanical, assembly or hands-on experience
Confident using hand and power tools
Good practical and mechanical understanding
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and hardworking approach
Good health and safety awareness
