Are you caring, compassionate, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are recruiting Female Domiciliary Care Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support clients in their own homes across Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
🩺 The Role
Your duties will include:
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and daily living activities.
- Supporting medication administration in line with care plans and training.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Promoting clients’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate care records and following safeguarding procedures.
✅ Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle are essential.
- A caring, patient, and reliable attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous care experience is desirable; training may be available.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends where required.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete required recruitment checks.
