Location: Maidstone
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediate

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business in Maidstone that is looking for an experienced Forklift & Warehouse Operator to join their friendly team. The Role
As a key member of the warehouse team, you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are moved, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently while helping to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload and move stock safely around the warehouse
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Receiving, checking and storing deliveries accurately
Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
Ensuring goods are handled and stored correctly to avoid damage
Completing warehouse documentation and paperwork accurately
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Previous experience operating a forklift within a warehouse environment
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable and hardworking with excellent timekeeping
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative when required
