Salary: £14.00 - £17+ per hour (depending on role, skills and experience)

Available Positions
CNC Turner

Operating and setting CNC lathes
-
Working from engineering drawings and specifications
-
Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
-
Conducting in-process inspection of components
-
Ensuring quality standards and production targets are met
CNC Miller Setter/Operator
-
Setting and operating CNC milling machines
-
Producing components from engineering drawings
-
Performing tool changes and offset adjustments
-
Inspecting finished components using standard measuring equipment
-
Working to tight tolerances and quality requirements
CNC Miller Operator
-
Operating CNC milling machinery within a production environment
-
Loading, running and inspecting components
-
Undertaking basic tooling and offset adjustments
-
Reading engineering drawings and following manufacturing instructions
-
Maintaining quality and productivity standards
Candidate Requirements
-
Previous CNC machining experience within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
-
Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers and gauges
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
-
Apprenticeship or engineering qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
