Triton Recruitment require Semi-Skilled Labourers / Modular Building Operatives to join a growing modular construction company.
The company specialises in building modular units that are transported to sites across the UK. These units can include site kitchens, changing rooms, welfare facilities and other temporary buildings.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous construction or practical experience who can read and understand technical drawings and is keen to develop their skills within a growing company.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Assisting with the construction and assembly of modular buildings.
● Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
● Using hand tools and power tools to complete building work.
● Measuring, fitting and assembling components accurately.
● Working as part of a team to ensure units are completed to the required standard.
● Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
● Travelling to sites across the UK when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction, assembly, fitting or a similar hands-on role.
● Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
● Good practical skills and an eye for detail.
● Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
● Flexible to work away from home when required.
● Must be willing to undertake drugs and alcohol testing.
● A full, clean driving licence is required for anyone who will be driving company vans.
