Shift Details:
4 on, 4 off day shift pattern
6:00am – 6:00pm
Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:
Operate flatbed laser cutting machinery within a busy manufacturing environment
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Carry out quality inspections of finished components
Support production across different areas where required
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience operating flatbed laser machinery
Previous experience working within sheet metal manufacturing
Experience working shift patterns
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the business
A dual-skilled individual who can support multiple areas of production is highly desirable
