Warehouse Operative – East GrinsteadLocation: East Grinstead, West Sussex

We are recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in East Grinstead. This is a hands-on role where you will help ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and safely.
Duties include
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and to target
Loading and unloading deliveries
Checking goods against delivery notes and reporting any damage or discrepancies
Moving and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations
Scanning products and using handheld equipment where required
Carrying out stock checks and supporting stock control
Preparing orders for dispatch
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
Following all health and safety and manual handling procedures
What we’re looking for
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Happy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Comfortable with standing, walking, and manual handling throughout the shift
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
