We’re working on behalf of a friendly, family-run business in the Wallington area who are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join their team.

The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle-buying journey, from the initial enquiry through to the final sale. You’ll build rapport, understand customer needs and deliver a professional, personalised experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and engaging with prospective customers

Managing sales enquiries and following up on potential leads

Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives

Negotiating and closing sales to achieve targets

Building lasting customer relationships and delivering outstanding service

Maintaining excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with stock

Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the business
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
-
At least 3 years’ experience as a Car Sales Executive

A proven ability to build rapport, negotiate and close deals
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
A confident, proactive and target-driven approach
-
A full, valid UK driving licence
-
To be aged 21 or over, in line with company requirements
-
No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence, in accordance with company policy
Previous experience in used car sales would be a distinct advantage.
Working Hours
-
Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm
-
Five days per week, with a day off during the week
Local parking is available.
