Recruitment Resourcer (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: 1 Crown Court, Cannon Street, London, EC2V 6JP Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 Start Date: Immediate Duration: Temp to Perm

About the Role

BMSL Group Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Resourcer to join our team in Central London.

You will support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, managing applications and helping meet client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and screening candidates for vacancies
Managing applications and maintaining accurate candidate records
Contacting candidates and coordinating availability
Writing and posting job adverts across relevant platforms
Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day administration
Keeping candidate details and compliance documents up to date

Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Previous recruitment or administration experience is beneficial but not essential
