This Employed Financial Advisor job in Durham offers an excellent opportunity for an individual early in their advisory career who wants the rare combination of inheriting an existing client bank whilst having the support, resources and capacity to grow the portfolio.
You may currently be working within a larger financial planning firm but become disenfranchised or feel restricted, but have desire to develop as a Financial Advisor. This position provides a genuine platform to do exactly that.
From day one, you'll take responsibility for an established portfolio of pension and investment clients, allowing you to focus on delivering quality financial planning rather than having to build a client bank entirely from scratch. You'll be supported by an experienced team including paraplanning, administration and marketing professionals, enabling you to spend more time with clients and less time on paperwork.
As a Financial Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
-
Providing holistic financial planning advice to an existing client portfolio
-
Conducting ongoing reviews across pensions, investments and retirement planning
-
Identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand existing client relationships
-

-
Working collaboratively with in house paraplanning and administration support
-

This Financial Advisor role offers genuine long term progression within a growing independent wealth management business that values client outcomes, adviser development and lasting relationships.
