Labourer - House Builder Experience
Keep busy house building sites in Inverness running smoothly by supporting trades and maintaining safe, tidy work areas. You'll work on active new-build housing developments, with both short and long term roles available and weekly pay.
Role details
Pay ranges from £13.24 to £16.84 per hour with weekly pay, on short and long term assignments across various sites in Inverness. Some sites sit away from main transport routes, so having your own transport will really help you get to work reliably.
The role
As a Labourer - House Builder Experience, you'll support house builder sites by assisting trades and looking after general site housekeeping. The role exists to provide reliable labouring support across multiple new-build housing projects in the Inverness area. You'll work on different plots and areas as required, depending on site needs.
What you'll be doing
- Move materials safely around site and supply trades as needed.
- Keep plots, access routes and common areas clean, clear and presentable.
- Load, unload and store deliveries under direction from site management.
- Follow all site health and safety rules and use full PPE at all times.
What we're looking for
- Valid CSCS card.
- Labouring experience on house builder or new-build housing sites.
- Full PPE, including safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat.
- Reliable, punctual approach to work across different sites.
- Own transport, or a practical way to reach various locations around Inverness.
