We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing production facility. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the processing and movement of materials through various stages of production.
The successful candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence and be comfortable working as part of a team to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating washline and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
- Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues.
- Carrying out quality checks on materials throughout the process.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Supporting general production and warehouse activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team.
