Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Early Finish Every Friday)
The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an Assembler to join a growing manufacturing business in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with assembly or production experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality products.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembler, you will:
Assemble sub-assemblies and finished products in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
Use a variety of hand tools and workshop equipment to complete assemblies
Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly documentation
Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
Identify faults and defects, reporting issues and completing rework when required
Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised working environmentWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience within an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment
The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation
Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work
Strong practical skills and good manual dexterity
