Are you an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor who likes to finish the job properly on site, with no write-ups waiting for you at home in the evening?
This could be the role for you.
We're working with a friendly, independent Legionella consultancy with no commercial ties to water treatment companies, known for straightforward, impartial advice. They're looking for a technically strong Legionella Risk Assessor to join their small, close-knit team.
Why this role?
The business uses its own digital system that lets you complete the entire assessment while you're on site. Once you leave the premises, the job is done, and their office team handles the CAD drawings for you.

£38,000 - £45,000 basic salary

A friendly, supportive small-company environmentYour role as a Legionella Risk Assessor:
Carrying out risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems at residential and commercial sites
Working to ACOP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580-1
Inspecting CWSTs, calorifiers, water heaters, booster sets, TMVs and pipework
Recording asset details accurately, including make, model, serial number and condition
Producing hand-drawn schematics on site
Covering sites across London and the South EastWhat you'll need:
Proven experience carrying out Legionella risk assessments independently
Strong knowledge of water system design and Legionella guidance
Confidence using digital reporting software on site
