Drive the automation and transformation of Product Control processes, replacing manual workflows with scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
Collaborate directly with data engineers and technology specialists to translate complex Finance and Product Control requirements into automated processes, analytics and dashboards.
Apply quantitative techniques, data analysis and technical problem-solving to improve the efficiency, accuracy and scalability of financial controls.
Oversee month-end close activities, structured product adjustments, balance sheet substantiation and Front Office-to-General Ledger reconciliations.
Strengthen control frameworks, improve data quality and support the development of new trading products and business activities.
Act as a senior Finance partner to trading desks, providing insight into desk economics, valuations, P&L drivers and business performance.
Contribute to wider Finance transformation initiatives and the development of a scalable operating model.
