Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £15.01 per hour after 12 weeks
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 22:00-07:00 (flexibility required for later finishes)
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a busy site in Wolverhampton.
This is a physically demanding role involving very heavy lifting, so candidates must be comfortable with manual handling and working at a fast pace throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
Moving and handling heavy items throughout the shift.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Supporting the wider team to ensure nightly operations run smoothly.Requirements
Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake very heavy lifting.
Excellent attendance and timekeeping.
A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work beyond the scheduled finish time when required.
