Available Shift Patterns

Morning Shifts: 7:00am - 2:00pm

Evening Shifts: 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Long Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm
What You'll Do
✅ Support people in their own homes and within the community
✅ Encourage independence, choice, and confidence
✅ Assist with appointments and social activities
✅ Provide companionship and emotional support
✅ Support with personal care where required
✅ Promote dignity, respect, and wellbeing
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
✔ Caring, compassionate, and reliable
✔ Friendly, positive, and motivated
✔ A driver with access to a vehicle
✔ Based locally (preferred)
✔ Experienced in care or willing to learn and develop new skills
