Resourcing Group is recruiting on behalf of a large maintenance contractor who specialise in carrying out planned maintenance and refurbishment works, including disabled adaptions, operating with in social housing properties across the Midlands. Their end clients include Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
They would like to appoint an experienced multi skilled trade person who comes from a bathroom installation background, ideally with knowledge around adaptations and a genuine technical knowledge and the ability to lead a team of trade on site, locally also, being the 'go to' around time sheets, queries, materials and support in general where needed.
Plumbing bias background critical.
The role will be very 50/50 split, covering both foreman and duties on the tools alike.
This role can be offered on a permanent or a temporary to permanent basis and will be offering a competitive annual salary.
