Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an QHSE Advisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an QHSE Advisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The QHSE Advisor will be responsible for:

Provide practical and professional QHSE advice and support.

Conduct audits, inspections and investigations.

Support compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

Promote positive behaviours and a proactive safety culture.

Support operational teams in managing risk and implementing effective controls.

Contribute to the ongoing development of management systems and assurance activities.
To be successful for this QHSE Advisor role you must have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a QHSE Advisor role, or
-
At least 3 years' experience within a high-hazard, highly regulated or safety-critical environment.

A proven record of delivering QHSE improvements and supporting operational performance.

Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental management systems.

Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations and assurance activities.

The ability to build positive working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong communication, engagement and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work independently while remaining an effective member of a wider team.
