Our client, a prestigious estate agency brand that ranks among the largest in London, is rapidly expanding across England. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join their Hackney office, located in one of London's most vibrant and sought-after property markets.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through every stage of the property transaction process while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious and driven, with a proactive approach and a genuine passion for property. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with a diverse range of clients.

For the successful applicants, this role will involve:

Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties.

Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service.

Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.

Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion.

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.

Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout.

Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing.

Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth.

Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression.
