Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a specialist private immigration law firm based in Birmingham, seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join its team three days per week on a rolling contract. This is a great opportunity for part-time and locum candidates.
Part Time Immigration Solicitor Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a range of private UK immigration matters.
Manage a range of private immigration cases, including spouse and partner visas, settlement and nationality applications.
Prepare and review applications and supporting documents, ensuring all work meets current immigration requirements.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
At least 2-3 years' PQE as a Solicitor, with experience in private UK immigration law.
Strong knowledge of immigration legislation and experience advising on complex private immigration matters.
