Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for better pay and a 3-day weekend?
Lodestone Recruitment is working with a respected Bradford engineering business with nearly 100 years in precision manufacturing. Following growth and investment, they’re adding an experienced CNC Miller to their night shift team.
You’ll be machining high-performance components for the automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, marine and heavy equipment sectors, as part of a team known for quality and craftsmanship.
What’s on offer
- £43,000 – £48,000 DOE
- Monday to Thursday, 7:45pm – 6:00am (39 hours), so every weekend is a long one
- Occasional overtime at time and a half
- Permanent from day one
- Annual pay review in line with inflation
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (based on 4-day week)

What you’ll need
- Apprentice-trained or time-served CNC Miller
- Programming or editing experience on Fanuc and/or Haas controls
- Confident machining high-grade steels and tough materials
- Able to work to tight tolerances from detailed engineering drawings
- Oil & gas, automotive or aerospace experience is a bonus, but not essential
