Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with around 3 years PQE
Domestic and international arbitration
Contractual disputes
Company disputes
Cross border disputes
Partnership disputes
Property related disputes
Business Partnership disputes
Civil fraud and asset tracing matters
High court litigation mattersQualifications for this Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Solicitor vacancy:
Senior Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales with around 3 years PQE
Strong advocacy experience
Good negotiation skills
