WE’RE HIRING – MACHINE LOADER!
Right Hire Recruitment is looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Loader to join a busy engineering environment!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build their experience within the engineering and manufacturing industry.
THE ROLE
Your duties will include:
- Loading materials into machines to support the engineers.
- Cutting and grinding materials when required.
- Moving metal materials around the workplace.
- Operating machinery and assisting with production tasks.
- Keeping the workshop tidy, clean and organised.
- Supporting engineers and the wider team to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A reliable, hardworking and hands-on individual.
- Someone comfortable with manual work and moving metal materials.
- A good attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Previous engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
£12.71 per hour to start.
Pay increase to £13.40 (includes attendance allowance) per hour once permanent.
Day shifts only – no evenings or nights.
Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm.
Paid 40 hours per week. Opportunity to gain valuable engineering and manufacturing experience.
