A growing financial planning business is seeking a qualified Financial Adviser to join its team at its office near Chatham, Kent. This is a permanent, employed opportunity offering a basic salary of £35,000–£45,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £75,000–£85,000.

Experience: Ideally suited to an adviser with 1–3 years of industry experience.
Main Responsibilities

Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing ongoing support while developing and expanding your own client base.

Offer tailored independent financial advice across pensions, investment planning and protection solutions.

Carry out regular client meetings and reviews, using face-to-face appointments, telephone consultations and video calls.

Work closely with fellow Financial Advisers, paraplanners and administrative colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.

Ensure all recommendations, client interactions and documentation meet FCA requirements and internal compliance standards.

Develop new business opportunities by building professional networks, nurturing client relationships and generating referrals.
About You
You will be a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser with a genuine commitment to providing client-focused advice. You should be confident managing client relationships, identifying financial planning needs and developing opportunities for business growth, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance
