We're growing our Technology Division and looking for ambitious graduates to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. No experience needed. We'll teach you the craft from day one.
The Role
You'll learn to partner with founders and engineering leaders, and to connect exceptional technical talent with the companies building the future. Your training covers the full recruitment cycle:
• Business development: identifying and winning new clients among startups and scaleups
• Talent search: using our AI-enabled tools and market knowledge to find and engage engineers, data scientists and technical leaders
• Relationship building: becoming a trusted advisor to candidates and clients through honest, informed conversations
• Assessment: understanding technical roles, screening candidates and presenting accurate, compelling shortlists
• Offer management: guiding both sides through interview, negotiation and onboarding to a successful start
What You'll Learn
• A structured training programme covering sales, recruitment and the technology market, with no prior experience assumed
• Real exposure to software engineering, AI and ML, data and executive search
• Hands-on mentoring from experienced consultants who've built teams from scratch
• A clear progression path to Recruitment Consultant and beyond, based on performance rather than time served
About You
Essential
• A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Drive, resilience and a competitive streak
• Curiosity about technology and how digital products get built
• Comfortable building rapport quickly with people at every level
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated by results
• Happy to work full time in our Leeds office

• Technical knowledge (you'll build it)
