The SLP Group is seeking a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced across a range of trades, including painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and general property maintenance. You'll work across residential and commercial sites, delivering high-quality workmanship with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on client properties

Carry out painting, decorating, plastering, minor plumbing, and general carpentry

Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Work independently or as part of a small team on larger projects
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-trade or general property maintenance

Skilled in several trades, ideally including:

Proficient with hand and power tools
