We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance team.

Requirements
You must be confident working independently in occupied and void properties, carrying out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in domestic social housing properties

Work independently and efficiently to complete jobs to a high standard

Use a PDA/mobile device to receive, update, and close work orders

Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes

Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

Maintain accurate job records using the PDA system
Essential Requirements
-
Proven experience within Social Housing, Repairs & Maintenance, or Property Maintenance

Multi-trade skills across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, flooring, and decorating

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Full UK Driving Licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Must be able to pass a background check / DBS check
