About Immersionn
Immersionn is a technology company specialising in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), spatial computing, and immersive tech solutions that help organisations train smarter, collaborate more effectively, and bring complex projects to life.
The business is now looking to accelerate its commercial growth and is seeking an experienced B2B Telemarketer to generate qualified new business opportunities.
The role
Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective customers, identify genuine interest, and book an initial meeting between Immersionn's Business Development Manager and the new potential client.
You'll make outbound calls to cold and warm prospects using contact lists provided by the company, as well as following up on marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Depending on the market being targeted, you could speak with senior decision-makers in Learning & Development, Health & Safety, Operations, Innovation, Construction, Architecture, HR, Technology, Marketing, and senior management.
This is a consultative role. The aim is to start intelligent conversations, understand an organisation's challenges, and identify where immersive technology could help. The calls will also serve as market research for Immersionn, with recommendation on changes of approach welcomed.
You do not need to be a technical expert in VR or AR. Initial onboarding will include product demonstrations, with ongoing training and support to help you explain the solutions confidently.
Once you have booked the initial meeting, Immersionn's team will take over the demonstrations and sales process. You'll receive feedback on your leads and know whether they progress into business.
