GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN WANTED – ESSEX 🚧
We are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team on projects across Essex.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering, with the ability to manage a gang, organise daily workloads and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties will include:

Supervising and managing groundworks gangs on site

Overseeing drainage, foundations, roads, kerbing and external works

Reading and working from site drawings
-
Organising labour, plant and materials
-
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
-
Ensuring projects stay on programme and meet quality standards
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman
-
Good knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to organise and motivate a site team
-
Reliable, hardworking and able to work to deadlines
-
Relevant qualifications and CSCS card preferred
📍 Location: Essex
💰 Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
