Events and Schools Liaison Executive
We are looking for an energetic, practical and highly organised individual to join our Marketing team as an Events and Schools Liaison Executive. In this hands on role, you will be a key public face for our College Group, working on the ground to coordinate school visits, deliver interactive presentations and run recruitment events across all our campus sites.
Working under the direction of the Head of Marketing, you will focus on the day to day delivery of our school outreach programme. You will keep prospective students, parents and teachers engaged by delivering lively assemblies, hosting guided campus tours and coordinating the smooth running of open days, interview events and celebration ceremonies. At events, you will also capture photos, video clips and student stories to share with our social media team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on practical organisation and customer facing delivery. You will handle event logistics - from room setups and equipment to signage and visitor registration - while acting as a helpful point of contact for local schools and community partners. You will also maintain accurate event records and monitor attendance and enquiry data to help us track performance against our recruitment goals.
To succeed in this post, you will have direct experience in event coordination and public facing roles, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be confident presenting to groups, comfortable using technology to track event information and possess the flexibility and mobility required to travel regularly across our four campus sites and local schools.
If you are a proactive team player who loves working with young people and thrives in a busy, varied environment, we would welcome your application. Experience in FE/HE student recruitment or school liaison is desirable, but transferable event coordination and customer service experience is equally valued.
