GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN REQUIRED – BIRMINGHAM 🚧
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworks Foreman to join our team on projects in Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands area.
Duties will include:

Supervising and managing groundworks gangs on site.

Overseeing drainage, foundations, ducting, kerbing and roadworks.

Reading and working from site drawings.

Organising daily workloads and coordinating site operatives.
-
Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.

Maintaining health and safety procedures on site.

Liaising with site managers and keeping projects on schedule.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman.

Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering.
-
Good leadership and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
-
Relevant tickets and qualifications preferred.
📍 Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas.
💷 Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience.
