About the Role
A leading environmental and engineering consultancy is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their Manchester team. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or candidate with up to one year's experience to develop their career within a supportive and expanding consultancy.
The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer will work across ground investigation, contaminated land, environmental monitoring and technical reporting projects throughout Manchester and the UK.

Chartership supportMain Responsibilities of a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer:
Assist with ground investigations across Manchester and the UK
Soil and rock logging
Groundwater and ground gas monitoring
Support Phase I and Phase II assessments
Environmental and geotechnical sampling
Assist with contaminated land and remediation projects
Prepare technical reports
Maintain project records and documentation
Support data interpretation and client liaisonRequirements
Degree in Geology, Geo-Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences or related subject
Ground investigation or contaminated land experience is beneficial
Willingness to work outdoors and travel across Manchester and the UK
Strong communication and report writing skills
