We are looking for an experienced Night Receptionist to join a hotel team near London Luton Airport.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service.

Managing check-ins and check-outs during the night.

Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.

Managing bookings, reservations and payments.

Completing night audit duties and ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team.
Requirements

Previous hotel reception experience is essential.

Previous experience using the OPERA hotel management system is essential.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, organised and able to work independently during night shifts.

Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends.
