Pickles Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturer of high-performance motor components.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a hands-on approach and previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy production team, helping to manufacture and finish high-quality components while maintaining excellent standards of safety, accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.

Loading and unloading materials and components.

Carrying out general production and assembly duties.

Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Identifying and reporting any defects or production issues.

Following production instructions and standard operating procedures.

Completing basic production paperwork where required.

Ensuring machinery and work areas are kept clean and tidy.

Working towards daily production targets.

Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.

Supporting colleagues across the production department when required.
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in production, manufacturing or machine operating would be advantageous.

A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

Comfortable working in a hands-on, factory-based environment.

Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
