About This Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting an 11-year-old girl with complex healthcare needs in her own home.
She is a sociable young girl who enjoys spending time with her family and school friends, getting out and about, sensory and tactile activities, playful interaction and hydrotherapy.
She has cerebral palsy alongside a range of complex healthcare needs, requiring support with her personal, mobility, nutritional and clinical care.
You will play an important role in supporting her daily routine, getting to know her individual communication style and encouraging her to enjoy the activities she loves. You will also
support her with hydrotherapy, which is an important part of her comfort and wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, engaging and reliable, with a genuine interest in supporting a young person to have a positive and fulfilling day.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
