Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join an established manufacturing client based in Redditch.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position within a busy production environment, with training provided to become fully competent operating the machinery independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.

Completing light assembly of components.

Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
-
Following production processes and meeting targets.
-
Reporting any faults or quality issues.
-
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
-
Following all Health & Safety procedures.
Working Hours:
Rotating shifts:
-
06:00 – 14:00
-
14:00 – 22:00
-
22:00 – 06:00
Monday to Friday
Requirements:
-
Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous.
-
Machine operating experience preferred but not essential.
-
Good attention to detail.
-
Reliable and hardworking.
-
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
-
Able to work as part of a team.
-
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Pay:
£12.71 per hour initially
Pay will increase once fully trained and competent to operate the machines independently.
