An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join awell-established legal firm, providing a broad range of legal services in a friendly, client-focused environment.
As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will handle a varied range of commercial property matters, including advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals. This role offers hybrid working options, salary range of £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits. This role offers a relocation package.
The role is preferably based in Hereford, although Leominster may also be considered.
You will be responsible for:
Managing your own commercial property caseload
Handling commercial leases and lease renewals
Advising landlords and tenants on commercial property matters
Dealing with agricultural and rural property transactions
Advising on matters involving agricultural land
Handling property-related partnership agreements where appropriate
Undertaking due diligence, title investigations and drafting legal documentation
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers
Building long-term client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department
What we are looking for:
Essential:
Previously worked as a Commercial Property Lawyer, Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role.
Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent.
Possess commercial property experience.
Ability to independently manage a varied caseload.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.
Commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.
Desirable:
2+ years' PQE or relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience with agricultural land.
Background with partnership agreements
