Corporate Commercial Associate

As we continue to grow our Corporate & Commercial offering, we're looking for a talented Corporate Commercial Associate to join our highly regarded team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who wants exposure to high-quality work, genuine client contact, and a clear path for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will advise a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to larger regional organisations across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.
Your caseload will include:
Business sales, acquisitions and disposals
Shareholder and partnership agreements
Company restructures and reorganisations
Mergers and acquisitions
Corporate governance and compliance matters
Commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and supply agreements
Joint ventures and strategic collaborations
Supporting clients through business growth, succession planning and investment transactions
You'll play an active role in building client relationships, developing new business opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
About You
We're keen to speak with solicitors who:
Possess strong technical knowledge across a range of corporate transactions and commercial agreements
Are confident managing client relationships and providing commercially pragmatic advice
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Have excellent communication and drafting skills
Demonstrate a proactive and solution-focused approach
