At Browne, we're looking for a proactive and organised Plant Coordinator to join our Procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting operational teams across Browne, Cappagh Browne, and Non-Infra by coordinating the on-hire and off-hire of plant and equipment. You'll work closely with sites, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure plant requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively, while maintaining accurate records within our internal systems. The role involves monitoring supplier performance against agreed service levels, resolving plant-related queries, and helping to ensure projects have the resources they need to be delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a plant hire, hire desk, logistics, scheduling, or coordination role.
Knowledge of plant and equipment used within construction, utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure environments.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence liaising with suppliers and operational teams.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience using Dynamics 365 or similar business systems would be advantageous.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and collaborative business where your contribution will have a direct impact on operational success.
