Executive Assistant to a Co-Founder
About the Company
We are a leading venture-building and investment organisation with a strong track record of building and scaling innovative businesses across a range of sectors, including technology, financial services, education, media and sport.
The organisation has an international footprint, with significant operations across the UK, US and India, and a strong commitment to creating positive social impact alongside commercial success.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide outstanding 1:1 support to one of the organisation’s Co-Founders.
His interests span business, philanthropy, sport and international affairs, and his year is built around extensive international travel and a demanding calendar of meetings, events and commitments.
This is a London-based role. You will be the fixed point that keeps everything running while he is on the move. You will plan complex international travel end to end, manage a demanding diary across multiple time zones, deliver events ranging from intimate dinners to larger hosted occasions, and ensure he is briefed, prepared and fully supported wherever he is.
You will work closely with the Co-Founder’s Family PA and the Executive Assistant supporting the other Co-Founder, and will sit at the heart of the wider leadership team.
