Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit a BI/Data Integration Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering Business Intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide meaningful insight into business performance. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, you will gather reporting requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver high-quality reporting while ensuring data accuracy and governance.
The role will also involve supporting SQL Server databases, ETL processes, and data integrations to ensure the efficient flow of information across business systems. In addition, you will contribute to master data management initiatives, helping to improve data quality, consistency, and governance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Develop and support SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and other database objects.
• Build and maintain ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Support master data management and continuous data quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful insights and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and business processes.
About You
• 1-2 years' experience within a Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Development role.
• Strong experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Good SQL Server knowledge, including T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies such as SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Experience developing ETL processes and supporting data integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting master data management and data governance initiatives.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently.
Desirable
• Exposure to cloud ERP platforms such as Azure, SAP, or Infor M3.
• Experience using Python.
• An interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
