About the Role
Our client, a well-established manufacturing business, is seeking a Temporary Quality Assistant / Quality Administrator to support its Quality Assurance team through to December.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills to gain valuable experience within a regulated quality-controlled environment. The role combines inspection activities with document control and quality administration, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy accuracy, organisation, and working to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect labels, leaflets and printed materials using a specialist inspection system

Compare production samples against approved artwork and specifications

Identify and report discrepancies or quality concerns

Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation

File and archive quality records and batch documentation

Support document control processes including scanning and indexing records

Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards

Assist the Quality Assurance team with general administrative duties
Skills & Experience Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Ability to follow procedures and work independently

Strong communication skills and a professional approach
Desirable

Previous experience within manufacturing, quality, packaging, print or pharmaceutical environments

Experience using inspection or quality management systems

Understanding of GMP or ISO standards
