Who We're Looking For
We're more interested in finding the right person than somebody who ticks every box on a CV.
You could currently be working in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-facing environment and be looking for an opportunity to move into an office-based commercial role.
We'd like somebody who:
-
Is friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking to people
-
Has a good telephone manner
-
Communicates clearly
-
Is organised and reliable
-
Is comfortable using a computer
-
Is willing to learn
-
Will follow things up and take ownership
-
Enjoys working as part of a team
-
Takes pride in providing good customer service
-
Wants to develop and progress
Previous office-based customer service, sales administration or internal sales experience would be useful, but it isn't essential.
Experience within manufacturing, signage, print or a similar environment would also be helpful, but again is not required.
Why Apply?
This isn't a role where you're expected to arrive knowing everything.
You'll be supported while you learn the business and its products, with the opportunity to develop your customer service and commercial skills and gradually take on more responsibility.
If you're personable, switched on and willing to get involved, we'd like to hear from you.
