Key Responsibilities

Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions

Managing lease extensions and complex or high-value property matters

Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer ideally with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property

Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail

Effective communication and client care skills

Able to manage a busy caseload independently
