Team Assistant responsibilities:
Diary management across different time zones.
Organise extensive global travel.
Managing expenses.
Organise and prepare documents for meetings and presentations
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
Handle ad hoc duties to support the smooth functioning of the team.Profile
A successful Team Assistant should have:
Experience working within a large Financial Services organisation (ideally Banking or Insurance)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Job Offer
